Secrets de personnalisations

Customization secrets

We tell you our little secrets!

Do you have a decor idea to share with us? Share it with your representative during one of their visits. During the weekly updates, they share it with the Monchoix team. Then begins Sarah's work, in charge of the graphics part, to create a unique visual. The personalized decor can be the company logo, but also a visual created from a photo, a sketch or a simple idea. Once the drawing is done, the validation phase begins through several exchanges between Sarah and you.
Following the theoretical validation, it is then necessary to confront the technical constraints due to the manufacturing processes. This is where Sylvana comes into play for a crucial phase, the firing tests and the management of the chromos. Indeed, our chromo suppliers work on a reduced color palette, and the heat of the oven can damage the colors, it is advisable to ensure that the fired decoration is as close as possible to the original design. The test samples are sent to you for validation of the fired support.

After all the validations are done, Thérèse comes on stage. She is the one who sticks the "chromos" of all the customizable orders. On paper, it seems simple but it is in reality very difficult to stick the decorations rigorously and especially to do it at a high rate.
Once the gluing is done, the dishes are placed in the oven and cooked according to a strict protocol. During cooking, the varnish of the chromo evaporates and the ink then impregnates the material, making the product resistant to the tests of time.

Okay, production is finished! It's time to send you your custom order. Colette, in charge of shipping, makes sure it is sent.
So here is the presentation of a process where everyone has a well-defined and important role from design to shipping, including production to create the products that suit you.
